We work with established brands and founder-led companies that treat creative as infrastructure, not decoration. Engagements concentrate in industrial and manufacturing, Small to Medium Businesses, hospitality, corporate events, and energy and infrastructure. We take on projects where the strategy is sharp and the standard is high.

How does a project with Antares typically run?
Every engagement starts with strategy — understanding the business, the audience, and the decision the work needs to influence. From there we move through production or design in clearly defined phases, with approval gates at each step so nothing advances without alignment. One point of contact throughout, and a delivery schedule by week one.

What does an engagement typically cost?
Engagements range from $1,500 USD for focused photography up to $40,000+ for multi-phase film campaigns or full digital builds, with indicative starting points listed alongside each service. The final number depends on scope, deliverables, timeline, and location — once we understand the brief, we send a fixed-fee proposal so there are no surprises. Canadian projects are quoted in CAD; international projects in USD.

Where are you based, and how far do you travel?
Our studio is based in Oakville, Ontario, just outside Toronto. We work regularly across the GTA, throughout Canada, and into the United States — and we travel internationally for production whenever the work calls for it. Travel and location costs are quoted transparently within each project, so there's no ambiguity.

Do you offer ongoing partnerships, or only project work?
Both — though most of our clients become long-term partners rather than one-off projects. We offer ongoing retainers for brands that need a recurring creative function, and many engagements evolve into multi-year relationships once the first phase ships. If recurring work is what you need, we can structure for it from the start.
